Eric Thomas has worked in various roles since 2007. Eric started as a Line Cook at Walt Disney World in 2007, then became a Supervisor at Whole Foods Market in 2013. In 2016, they moved to ManpowerGroup as a Core Recruiter, then became an Insurance Agent while self-employed in 2018. In 2021, they became a Business Owner at GILBERT & SONS PROCUREMENT LLC, and they are currently a Senoir Recruitment Consultant at Ignite Recruitment since 2022.

Eric Thomas received their GED from the Milwaukee School of Languages in 2006, where they studied general education and the French language. Eric then went on to pursue an Associate's degree from the Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Minneapolis, which they completed in 2008. Eric'sfield of study was French Cuisine.
