Kellee Mikuls currently serves as the Executive Director at Ignite Nebraska, where the focus is on addressing the tech talent shortage through a paid apprenticeship program that guarantees job placement. Under Kellee's leadership, 14 graduates have successfully transitioned into the workforce, enhancing the diversity and loyalty of the tech labor pool. Prior experience includes founding Swishboom, a service connecting families with trustworthy babysitters, and holding the position of Vice President at CBRE, specializing in investment sales and office leasing. Kellee began a career in real estate through internship roles at Inland Companies and Siegel-Gallagher. Kellee holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Real Estate from Marquette University.
