Michael Carras is an accomplished technology leader with significant experience in technical solutions and capability development. Currently serving as Chief Technologist at Ignite Digital Services since September 2022, Carras previously held key roles as Principal and Technical Solutions & Capability Lead at Atlas Executive Consulting, LLC from July 2018 to June 2024, where Michael also managed analytics capabilities. Prior experience includes serving as a Business Process Management & Analytics Consultant at Modus21, LLC from June 2011 to June 2018, and as an Operations Research Analyst at SPAWAR from February 2008 to May 2011. Carras began a notable career in the United States Air Force from May 2001 to July 2007, achieving the rank of Captain and serving in various squadrons. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Operations Research from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
