Fabrice Serfati has a long and varied work history. Fabrice began their career in 1993 as a Specialized Banking Director at Banco Santander Mexicano, where they were responsible for leasing and factoring activities, trade and structured finance transactions, and relationships with Multilateral and Export Credit Agencies. In 2000, they moved to Globalstar as CFO. In 2002, they joined Vitro as Corporate Finance VP, where they were responsible for the Group's financial relationships managing over USD$ 1.5 billion loan portfolio and structuring of all credit and issuance transactions. Additionally, they participated in the financial planning for the Group. In 2006, they joined ONEO (formerly Grupo Domos) as Corporate VP. In 2008, they founded IGNIA Partners, LLC, where they served as Managing Director and General Partner. In 2013, they became Chairman of the Board at CORDEM ABP. In 2014, they joined Maxirent as an Independent Board Member. In 2015, they became an Independent Board Member at Red de Carreteras de Occidente and a Fellow at Victoria147. In 2017, they joined StartupGDL as a Board Trustee.
Fabrice Serfati received their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México between 1989 and 1994, with a focus in Business Administration, Management and Operations. Prior to that, they attended liceo franco mexicano from 1975 to 1989.
