Monique Slaats has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Executive Vice President of People & Organization at IGM Resins since February 2004. Monique also holds the position of Secretary to the Supervisory Board at IGM Resins and has progressed through various roles within the company, including Vice President of Human Resources, Global Human Resources Director, and Human Resources Manager. Prior to joining IGM Resins, Monique was a Human Resources Manager at PKC Group from 2001 to 2004.
