Manu Raj serves as the Director of Business Architecture and Analysis at IGM Financial Inc. since August 2021, where responsibilities include establishing the business architectural domain for Investment Management and Fund Services, leading due diligence for BNY's OnCore Middle Office solution, and managing a team of business architects and analysts. Prior to this role, Manu Raj held various positions at RBC Investor & Treasury Services from 2006 to November 2019, including Senior Manager of Process Design, where a global assessment framework for automation was developed, and Technical Sales Lead for the Canadian Transfer Agency product. Manu Raj holds an MBA from the Australian Institute of Business, earned between October 2019 and October 2021.
