Viola Bianchetti is an experienced professional in project management and civic education, currently serving as the Programmes Manager at IGLYO since April 2023. Prior to this role, Viola worked as a Project Officer at the European Youth Forum, managing initiatives focused on social activism for youth. As a Project Manager at the same organization from March 2021 to June 2022, Viola successfully led the 25 Percent project, training over 2,500 young individuals on political participation while managing a budget exceeding 700k. Additional experience includes training and facilitating initiatives on gender mainstreaming with AEGEE, coordinating operations at Debating Europe, and contributing to policy advocacy at the European Women's Lobby. Viola holds an Executive Master in EU Studies from the Centre international de formation européenne, a Master of Arts in South Asian Studies from Heidelberg University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political, Social, and International Sciences from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
