UROOJ NAVEED currently serves as the Assistant Branch Manager at IGI Life Insurance Limited since July 2020 and also holds the position of Team Manager at Jubilee Life Insurance Company Ltd. since January 2020. UROOJ's prior experience includes a role as Human Resources Manager at Rack-Master Storage Systems Limited from 2018 to 2019, and an internship at GEPCO headquarters in August 2017. Additionally, UROOJ worked as Assistant Manager HR at Khalifa Packages from June 2016 to July 2017 and served as an HR lecturer at Govt Degree College Gujranwala during the same period. UROOJ holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Central Punjab, attained between 2015 and 2019.
