James Searle, III is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in culinary operations and management. Currently serving as an Account Executive at International Gourmet Foods since June 2021, James previously held the role of General Manager at Zoes Kitchen, where effective management during the COVID-19 pandemic was pivotal. Prior experience includes General Manager/Partner at The Artisan Gourmet Market & Cafe, Executive Chef/General Lodge Manager at Lake Paupac Club, and various executive chef roles at Boca Bay Pass Club Corporation, The Ocean Club of Florida, and Four Seasons properties.
