Kamilė Vainiūtė is a skilled Software Engineer currently working at iGEM since January 2023, with previous experience at Devbridge from October 2020 to January 2023, where Kamilė contributed to large-scale financial report projects utilizing technologies such as React and Spring Boot. Additionally, Kamilė has been a Research Intern at Vilnius University’s Institute of Biotechnology since June 2019, focusing on protein networks in prokaryotic genomes and co-authoring two scientific research papers. Kamilė led the Vilnius-Lithuania iGEM team in 2020, achieving a Grand Prize in the international iGEM competition. Kamilė holds Bachelor's degrees in Bioinformatics and Genetics from Vilnius University, completed between 2018 and 2022, and graduated from Saulės Private Gymnasium in 2017.
