Gerald Seider is an experienced professional with a career spanning several decades in engineering and management. Currently, Gerald serves as the Managing Director of InDesA GmbH since May 2008 and is also the Manager of Simulation and Testing at IGEL AG, a position held since May 2020. Previously, Gerald held the role of Director at InDesA UK Limited from June 2019 to September 2021 and worked at BMW Group as a Team Lead from September 1991 to March 2008, specializing in simulation, thermal design, and fluid circuits for gasoline engines. Additionally, Gerald contributed as a Project Reviewer for the European Commission between June 1996 and April 1998. Gerald's academic credentials include a Dr.-Ing. in Aerodynamics CFD and a Diplom-Ingenieur in Maschinenbau from RWTH Aachen University, along with experience as a Fulbright Exchange Student in Engineering Science & Mechanics at Virginia Tech.
