Sivakumar Arunachalam is a Construction Management Consultant and a Professional Engineer accredited by the Engineering Council of India (ECI). Since December 2022, Sivakumar has been serving as an Accredited Professional with the CII - Indian Green Building Council (IGBC). Additionally, Sivakumar has held the position of Project Management Consultant at Sivas Engineers Valuers since January 2007. Sivakumar possesses a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering and Real Estate Valuation from Bangalore University and Annamalai University, earned between 1984 and 1989.
