Kristy Witherspoon, PHR, SHRM-CP, MSHR, is a seasoned Human Resources Professional with extensive experience across various organizations, including If/When/How, YMCA of Greater Charlotte, Spectrum Brands, Inc., Spencer Spirit Holdings, LLC, and Charlotte Regional Visitors Authority. Currently serving as the Human Resources Professional at If/When/How since 2022, Kristy oversees daily HR functions, such as payroll, benefits, hiring, and regulatory compliance. Previous roles included Human Resources Business Partner at YMCA of Greater Charlotte, where leadership was provided in HR services administration, and Human Resources Manager at Spectrum Brands, Inc., focusing on strategic HR support. Kristy began the HR career at Charlotte Regional Visitors Authority as a Human Resources Coordinator. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Human Resources Management at Western Governors University, Kristy also holds a Bachelor's Degree in the same field from the same institution.
