Tilan Bethmage is an experienced technical lead with a strong background in software engineering and agile methodologies. Currently serving as an Associate Technical Lead at Gapstars since April 2023, Tilan previously held the position of Senior Software Engineer at Datavail from September 2016 to April 2023, where involvement in multiple projects required effective context switching and rapid delivery. Prior experience as a Software Engineer at OSMiUM PRIVATE LIMITED included developing ASP.NET Web Forms and MVC projects. Tilan holds a Computer Science degree from University College Dublin, complemented by a diploma and higher diploma in Computer Based System Design and Information Systems from the National Institute of Business Management. The educational journey began at Nalanda College, culminating in a solid foundation in various technical disciplines.
