Sangeetha Navaratnam is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and architecture. Currently serving as Director of Software Engineering at IFS since October 2024, Sangeetha previously held various leadership roles at Mitra Innovation, including Head of Engineering Excellence, where the focus was on enhancing project delivery standards and technical assurance. Sangeetha's earlier positions included Principal Architect and Head of Technology for the ANZ region, emphasizing business development and technical delivery. Prior experience at Virtusa involved leading software architecture initiatives, managing engineering teams, and contributing to enterprise-level solutions. Sangeetha holds an MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Peradeniya.
