Leslie Petruk, MA, LCMHC-S, NCC, BCC, is a seasoned mental health professional with extensive experience in counseling, training, and leadership. Currently serving as Lead Trainer at the IFS Institute since April 2022, Leslie also holds the position of Director at The Stone Center For Counseling & Leadership, PLLC, overseeing all business operations and maintaining a diverse client caseload. As the Owner of Leadership for Working Moms, Leslie offers specialized support to a targeted demographic. Previous roles include Assistant Trainer and Program Assistant at the IFS Institute, where responsibilities included teaching, facilitating group dynamics, and tracking student progress. Earlier experience includes founding and directing SteppingStones Counseling & Consulting of Charlotte, providing comprehensive counseling services. Leslie Petruk earned a Master’s degree in Counseling & Guidance from Texas State University.
