Luka Šrot is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in global health policy and advocacy, currently serving as Associate Director at IFPMA since March 2018, where responsibilities include leading AMR policy and advocacy efforts. Prior roles include Interim Head of Secretariat for the AMR Industry Alliance and Advisory Board Member for the International Pharmaceutical Students’ Federation. Luka has a proven track record in strategic planning, external representation, and event management, evidenced by key achievements such as leading a 30-delegate team at the World Health Assembly and developing a 3-year strategic plan for the European Regional Office of IPSF. Luka holds a Master of Pharmacy degree from the University of Ljubljana and has participated in advanced research in chemical biology and drug discovery.
