Rein Herrman serves as the Director of Business Development and Marketing at Iowa Fluid Power (IFP Group of Companies) since December 2018, driving strategic growth across a 14-state territory and managing six physical locations. Previously, Rein held the position of Engineering Manager at Brown Industries, LLC, where a team of seven was built to design products across three divisions. As a Senior Engineer at Tribine Harvester LLC, Rein was responsible for the complete rear module of the grain cart. Rein's entrepreneurial ventures include founding Ad Astra Engineering and WildCat Computers, providing design engineering services and refurbished computers, respectively. Additionally, various roles in engineering management and consulting have been held at companies such as CrustBuster / SpeedKing Inc and 3 Engineers, LLC. Rein holds an MBA in Leadership from Grand Canyon University and a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University.
