Victor Sihombing is an experienced professional in organizational development and human resources, currently serving as GM Marketing Communication and Head of Organization and Talent Management at iForte Solusi Infotek since May 2018. Previously, Victor held various roles, including Organizational Development Manager at PT. GAJAH TUNGGAL, Tbk, and Senior Consultant in Talent & Organization at Accenture. With a strong background in developing strategies across recruitment, organizational development, and talent management, Victor has contributed to companies such as PT Unza Vitalis, Wilmar International, and Indomarco Adi Prima. Victor holds a Doctor's Degree from BINUS University, a Master's Degree in Management from PPM School of Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta.
