Michela Livini has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Michela is currently the Head of Human Resources at ifm, starting in May 2022. Prior to this, from September 2019 to August 2022, they worked as an HR Consultant and provided organizational counseling and individual counseling at FederManager, an industrial executives association.

Michela also held the position of Head of HR Italy (ad interim) at Alpiq Energy Italy from May 2021 to May 2022, where they oversaw the entire local HR function and managed various HR services.

From 2013 to 2019, Michela worked as the Human Resources Director at Petrolvalves Group, where they were responsible for various HR functions, including labor regulation compliance, employee relations, industrial relations, and HR process management. Michela also played a key role in talent development, compensation and benefits, and change management.

Prior to Petrolvalves Group, Michela worked at Arval - BNP Paribas Group as the Recruiting, Training, and HR Development Manager from February 2009 to April 2013. Before that, they served as the HR Manager for Sales & Marketing and Finance from September 2002 to January 2009.

Michela began their career at TNT, where they worked as the Talent Acquisition and Development Manager from September 1998 to September 2002. Their responsibilities included designing and managing training programs, talent scouting, organizational design, and retention plans.

Before joining TNT, Michela started their HR career at Ferrero as an HR Assistant, supporting the Manager of Internal Communication and HR special projects from October 1997 to July 1998.

Overall, Michela Livini has gained a wealth of experience in various aspects of human resources, including consulting, management, talent development, and organizational design.

Michela Livini holds a Master's degree in Counseling with an Analytical Transactional address from the Berne School, which they obtained in 2020. Michela also completed a biennial course in Public Speaking and Improvisational Theater at the Centro Teatro Attivo in 2009. In 1997, they earned a Degree in Languages and Foreign Literatures from the Università degli Studi di Torino. Additionally, Livini has pursued further education and certifications, including mindfulness training at the Berne Center in 2020, PNL and Analytical Transactional training at Etline & Associati in 2010, and advanced techniques of negotiation at Bridge Partners in 2008. Michela also obtained certifications in counseling, including DISC Certification from persolog Italy in 2009 and Practitioner Insights Discovery from Insights in 2005. Livini has further expertise in assessment center and fast assessment from IdeaManagement Human Capital in 2005 and the leadership of change from Butera & Partners in 2000.
