Ashlee Arnold is a certified Pilates instructor currently employed at Fit Academy since November 2022. Concurrently, Ashlee serves as a flight instructor and customer service representative at iFLY Indoor Skydiving. With a background in health science and Chinese medicine at RMIT University since February 2018, Ashlee has also worked as a program assistant at State Library Victoria and provided support at Sustain Health as a front desk assistant. Earlier experience includes event management roles with the Department of Economic Development, Jobs, Transport and Resources, and Banyule City Council, where responsibilities encompassed event planning, stakeholder engagement, and budget management. Ashlee's foundational experience in production and technical coordination spans several years, including roles at Melbourne Fringe Festival, Strut & Fret Production House, and The Garden Of Unearthly Delights. Education includes a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Bachelor of Health Science with a focus on Traditional Chinese Medicine from RMIT University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Technical Production from the National Institute of Dramatic Art.
