Surajit B. has a diverse and extensive work experience. Surajit began their career at Bristlecone, a Mahindra & Mahindra Group company, where they held the position of Senior Executive in the Business & Strategy department from February 2000 to May 2004. Following this, Surajit joined Firstsource Solutions Limited, where they held various roles including General Manager of Sales & CRM for the Telecom & Media vertical in Asia from May 2004 to June 2009, and Vice President & Head of Business Development for Asia from July 2009 to August 2013. Surajit then joined Woodbriar Group in July 2013 as Group Director. Most recently, Surajit founded iFIX tech Global in June 2015, where they currently serve as the CEO & Co-founder.

Surajit B. completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Physics Hons from St. Xavier's College in 1998. Surajit then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing/Marketing Management, General, from Welingkar Institute of Management from 1998 to 2000. In 2010, Surajit enrolled in the Business Leadership Program at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, where they focused on Organizational Leadership.
