Tim Vickers is an experienced Christian leader specializing in equipping young professionals for workplace ministry. As Director at IFES Graduate Impact since May 2017, Vickers oversees initiatives that empower the emerging generation of Christian adults in their professional lives. Prior roles include Associate Regional Secretary for the International Fellowship of Evangelical Students, where Vickers facilitated the training of young professionals across Europe and Eurasia. Vickers also contributed to the London Institute for Contemporary Christianity, producing key publications on the transition from university to work. Educational background includes an MA in Christian Ethics from King's College London and training in Exegesis and Exposition.
