Toro Aderele currently serves as the Global Human Resources Officer at the International Fertilizer Development Center (IFDC), a position held since January 2016, having previously been the Regional Human Resources Officer responsible for Asia and East & Southern Africa. Prior to joining IFDC, Toro Aderele was an Operations Analyst at the International Finance Corporation, providing operational support to key projects. Earlier experience includes serving as an Admin/Client Support Officer at The World Bank, where coordination and support of the private-sector banking team were central responsibilities. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Management from Baze University, a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Financial Information Systems from the University of Greenwich, and a background in I.T and Computing from City of Westminster College.
