Prabhat Prabhakar has a diverse work experience. Prabhat started their career in 2013 as a Consultant at Bhopal e Governance Limited. Prabhat then worked at SBI Card and GE Capital as a Fraud Risk Manager from 2014 to 2017. From 2017 to 2021, Prabhat worked at Haier Appliances India Pvt Ltd, where they had multiple roles, including being a part of the Internal Talent Pool and handling the Haier Affordability program. Currently, they are working at IFB Industries Ltd in the Affordability & Consumer Finance department.

Prabhat Prabhakar pursued an Executive MBA in Marketing from the Faculty of Management Studies - University of Delhi from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2012, they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya. In 2005, they completed their Intermediate education at St. Andrews College, Gorakhpur. In 2004, they obtained their High School education from Naval's National Academy, Gorakhpur, with a focus on PCMB (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology).
