Shounak Roy has over 16 years of experience in the retail and hospitality sectors, currently serving as the Retail Head at IFB Appliances since August 2018. Prior to this role, Shounak held the position of City Manager at Cafe Coffee Day, managing over 50 outlets and overseeing budgeting, business development, and service standards. Shounak's earlier experience includes serving as a Zonal Manager at Cafe Coffee Day and Store Manager at McDonald's Corporation, where Shounak led daily operations and was instrumental in launching McDonald's breakfast menu in Northern India. Shounak holds a B.Sc. in Hospitality Management from IIHM and possesses certifications in Six Sigma from both the Indian Statistical Institute and Cybersecurity.
