Alberto Acito is an experienced professional in innovation, technology, and business management, currently serving as the Managing Director for the Italian Innovation Hub at Innovit in San Francisco since October 2022. In addition, Alberto is a member of the Scientific Board at IFAB, contributing to the integration of AI and ethical practices for societal benefit, and serves as an advisor for Berkeley SkyDeck, UC Berkeley’s startup accelerator. Previously, Alberto held significant roles at the Italian Trade Agency, SVG Ventures, and BlackBerry, driving business growth and strategic initiatives across various technology sectors. Alberto's educational background includes a Lead Certificate in Corporate Innovation from Stanford University and a Master of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from Politecnico di Milano.
