Sapir Berman is the founder of Sapir Berman Talk, a position held since September 2022. In addition to this role, Berman serves as a soccer referee for the Israel Football Association (IFA) since January 2011, notable for being the first trans-woman football referee. Berman completed a Bachelor of Arts in Special Education and Teaching at Gordon Academic College of Education in November 2023.
