Simon Henriksson is an experienced quality technician at Munters since February 2012, specializing in quality control of incoming products and calibration of measurement tools. Simon began at Munters as a montör, contributing to various roles including material supply and central warehouse development. In addition, Simon has been a handledare for the union's basic training in Uppsala and serves as a worker representative on the company's board since February 2017. Previous work experience includes being a personal assistant at Särnmark Assistans and serving in the military as an artillery intelligence group commander. Simon holds a natural science high school diploma from Brogårdsgymnasiet, earned between 2000 and 2003.
