José Ramón Padilla is a seasoned expert in sustainability, conflict resolution, and organizational change, currently serving as the Coordinador del Centro de Sostenibilidad y Liderazgo Responsable at IESA since 1998. Throughout a distinguished career, José Ramón has been a professor and consultant, providing training on negotiation and conflict management across multiple countries, including Venezuela, Colombia, and Peru. José Ramón also contributes as an invited professor at various esteemed institutions, including ESPAE Graduate School of Management and ESAN Graduate School of Business, focusing on sustainability and complex negotiations. Additionally, José Ramón holds a director position at IESA Panamá and has previously led the Laboratorio de Organizaciones. José Ramón's academic credentials include an MSc in Industrial Relations from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Doctorate in Law from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
