Anwar Hameed is a Senior Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer with 15+ years of experience. Anwar began their professional career in 2008 as a Network/ System Administrator at iENGINEERING, where they participated in the transition of the on-premises Data Center to Amazon Cloud. Anwar'sduties included Windows/ Linux administration, LAN/WAN administration, VMware administration, and intrusion detection and prevention (IDP) monitoring, as well as managing FTP servers, AD/DNS, wireless access points and load balancers.

In 2014, Anwar Hameed moved to PowerObjects as a Senior Systems/ Network Administrator, where they managed the transition of VMWare hosted servers to Microsoft Hyper-V infrastructure within the organization, and the upgrade of Microsoft Team Foundation from Version 2010 to 2015 hosted at on-premises Data Center.

In 2017, Anwar Hameed returned to iENGINEERING as a Senior Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer. In this role, they have in-depth knowledge of managing cloud based technologies and efficiently handling setup & implementation of infrastructure & services. Anwar has practical experience in the implementation of core AWS services such as VPC, cloud computing, RDS, CloudWatch, SES, SNS, S3, Elastic load balancer and many more.

Anwar Hameed obtained a Master of Computer Science (MCS) degree from It Jobs updates between 1999 and 2001. In 2016, they obtained the Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) Productivity certification and the Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) Office 365 certification. In 2017, they obtained the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate certification. In 2020, they obtained the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification.
