Amjad Khattak has extensive experience in telecommunications, currently serving as Group Head O&M - E2E (Global Technical Support) at ieng Group since October 2017, following roles as Global NOC Senior Manager and Global NOC Manager within the same company. Prior experience includes SOC Engineer (Network Performance Analyst) at Etisalat UAE from October 2015 to September 2017, NOC Manager at Damcon Engineering Solutions in 2014, and Project Lead at LCC, where Amjad managed a Regional Swap Project of 4G/LTE with Huawei for PTCL. Additional experience encompasses ISP Lead Engineer at STM Group, Inc., Senior BSS/NOC Engineer at Huawei Technologies, Customer Support Engineer at SYNCHCOM (Pvt) Ltd., and an Internee Engineer at Telephone Industries of Pakistan. Amjad holds a BEIT in Telecommunication from UET, Taxila, obtained in 2007.
