Sabina Fluxá Thienemann serves as Vice-Chairman and CEO of Iberostar Group since 2005, leading a global tourism company focused on sustainable business practices. In addition to this role, Sabina holds positions as Vice-Chairman of Fundación Iberostar, which addresses social welfare and education for vulnerable groups, and as a board member of IEF, advocating for family-owned businesses. Sabina is also a member of the Regional Advisory Council at BBVA and the Governing Council of APD, contributing to leadership development within various sectors. Past board memberships include Telefónica and Grupo ACS, and Sabina possesses advanced degrees in Management and Business Administration from Esade and IESE Business School.
