Gisele Waters, Ph.D., is a distinguished academic and professional in the fields of artificial intelligence, educational psychology, and applied research. As Co-Founder of AI Procurement Lab since 2024, Gisele also serves as Adjunct Faculty at Nova Southeastern University, guiding doctoral candidates in cross-disciplinary human-centered research.
