Lou Novoa has a strong background in business development and account management. Lou started their career in 1987 as a National Account Manager at Ontario Store Fixtures. After that, they worked as an Executive Account Representative at Impressions Marketing Group, Inc. from 1996 to 2013. Since 2013, they have been working as the Vice President of Business Development at idX Corporation.

Lou Novoa attended Chagrin Falls High School but did not receive a degree from this institution. Following high school, they enrolled at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, where they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing in 1993.
