Gerald Manuel has over a decade of experience in professional services within the technology sector, currently serving as Manager Professional Service at IDS NEXT Business Solutions Pvt Ltd since November 2015. In this role, Gerald leads professional services for the Oceania and Southeast Asia regions, overseeing project activities and technical requirements. Previous positions include Senior Executive Professional Service, responsible for planning ERP/PMS projects and leading technical teams, and Senior Implementation Executive, focusing on both off-site and on-site implementations with round-the-clock technical support. Prior to IDS NEXT, Gerald served as a Software Support Engineer at Scienter Technologies (Pte) Ltd from November 2011 to October 2015, where responsibilities involved training users, coordinating system modifications, providing customer support, and testing new functionalities. Gerald holds a Bachelor of Information Technology from Aquinas University Colombo, obtained in 2015.
