Denis Kovalev is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in recruitment, personnel management, and training. Since August 2013, Denis has served as the CEO of HR Performance, focusing on recruiting, training for personnel management, and implementing assessment centers. Concurrently, since September 2010, Denis has held the position of HR Manager at IDS Borjomi Ukraine, where responsibilities include recruitment, executive search, employee adaptation, development programs, succession planning, and systematization of recruitment processes. Prior to these roles, Denis worked as a Recruiter/HR at IC ALFA INSURANCE from February 2008 to September 2010, emphasizing similar recruitment and adaptation processes. Denis holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Economics of Labor from Kyiv National Economic University, attained in 2008.
