Kira Gladisch is a Portfolio Risk Analyst at IDS GmbH since July 2017, responsible for managing portfolio risk topics, including market and liquidity risk, along with regulatory and client-specific reporting. Kira has experience in validating risk figures, conducting data quality checks, and improving systems and procedures, while also serving as the Service Cluster Manager for "Complex reporting." Previous roles include Werkstudentin at IDS GmbH focusing on performance and attribution analysis, Werkstudentin at BOLDLY GO INDUSTRIES supporting consulting projects, and Associate at PwC involved in audit engagements under various accounting standards. Kira holds a Master’s degree in Management in the Financial Sector from Johann Wolfgang Goethe-Universität Frankfurt am Main and a Bachelor's degree in Financial Management from the Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation, complemented by a semester abroad in Economics at Universidad de Alcalá.
