Florina Nicolae is an experienced professional with a diverse background in product design, project management, and risk management. Currently serving as the Head of Product Design and Development at IDS GmbH since November 2013, Florina also holds titles in project portfolio management and project management within the same organization. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Internal Auditor and Risk Manager at Marfin Leasing Romania, where responsibilities involved implementing National Bank of Romania regulations and managing operational risk. Florina's career began as a Tax Consultant and Senior Accountant at Core Software SRL and Motor Team SRL, respectively, and further academic contributions include a position as Associate Professor at the National Defence University "Carol I." Florina holds a PhD in Accounting, Audit from the Academia de Studii Economice din București, alongside a Master's degree in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance.
