Rachel Dagan has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Rachel started their career in 1986 as a Sales Associate at Lanas Filtex SA de CV, where they worked until 1989. In 1995, they founded Alegro Montessori and served as the Founder and Director until 2000. Rachel then joined Chef Patricia Quintana as an Assistance Sous Chef from 1997 to 1999. In 2002, they started their own company called Food with a twist!, where they were the CEO and Founder until 2005. In 2009, Rachel joined Integrated Document Solution as the Executive Director Corporate Events Coordinator, a role they continue to hold. Since 2014, they have been the CEO of Rachel's Jars.
