Harper Hawk has a diverse work experience. They started their career as a Sales Associate at Circe from March 2017 to November 2020. During this time, they also served as a Social Media Coordinator from December 2018 to November 2020. From December 2020 to April 2021, Harper worked as a Tide Watch Peer Mentor at The University of Alabama, helping first-year students academically. Following this, they took on the role of a Sales Associate at Love Shack from December 2021 to January 2022. In February 2022, Harper joined Vision Source® as an Optometric Assistant, where they worked until April 2023. Simultaneously, from January to April 2023, Harper interned at The University of Alabama's Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life. Most recently, Harper joined IDR, Inc. in June 2023 as an Associate Recruiter.

Harper Hawk completed their high school education at Saint Andrew's School from 2015 to 2019, earning a High School Diploma. Subsequently, from 2019 to 2023, they attended The University of Alabama and pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Psychology. Additionally, in September 2021, Harper obtained a QPR Certification from the QPR Institute.
