Brooks Boutwell is an experienced professional with a solid background in account management and customer service. Currently serving as Account Manager II at IDR, Inc. since June 2022, Brooks has held various roles including Account Manager, Sales Development Representative, and IT Recruiter within the company, which is recognized as one of the largest staffing providers in the US. Prior experience includes roles as a Management Trainee Intern at Enterprise, gaining comprehensive experience in customer service, sales, and operations; Customer Service Representative at H-E-B, focusing on superior customer service; Assistant Contractor at Bright Works Inc., leading new employee training and client communication; and various customer-facing roles at Trainers Club Gym and Oswego Lake Country Club.
