Shakaib Azhar Chaudhry is an accomplished professional with over 18 years of experience in operational effectiveness and digital transformation, currently serving as Associate Director at IDP Education Ltd since March 2010. Shakaib leads customer experience initiatives across South Asia, spearheading digital transformation efforts and business process reengineering that have resulted in significant student growth and enhanced lead conversions. Previous roles included Regional Lead for Digital South Asia and Head of Operational Effectiveness for India, where Shakaib achieved remarkable sales growth and operational improvements. Shakaib also holds an Executive Management Program degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and an MBA from Aligarh Muslim University, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Geology.
