Craig Morrison has over 15 years of experience in service management and project management. Currently serving as Head of Service Management at Idox plc since October 2012, Craig has effectively led service initiatives and previously held the position of Service Manager. Prior to this role, Craig served as ePlanning Project Manager for The Scottish Government from October 2009 to October 2012. Additionally, Craig worked at IDOX plc from 2004 to 2009 as Managed Services Operations Manager, where Craig contributed to operational management and service delivery.
