Manchari Mahalingam is an experienced HR professional, currently serving as the HR Analytics, Digitalisation & Process Improvement Manager at Idorsia Pharmaceuticals Ltd since July 2021, having previously held the role of HR Data Analyst. Before joining Idorsia, Mahalingam worked at Bayer Consumer Care AG from August 2015 to July 2021, progressing through various positions including HR Services Professional, HR Assistant, and HR Administrative Support, as well as an internship focused on HR and Global Marketing.
