Kate Longman is an experienced professional in business operations and planning, currently serving as the Business Operations and Planning Manager at idoba since April 2022, after holding the position of Operations Lead. Prior to this, Kate held roles including Operations Manager at Hancock Creative, where responsibilities encompassed project management, team management, and the design of operating systems. From September 2011 to November 2017, Kate served as Franchise Business Manager and Operational Trainer at The Finn Group Australia, focusing on settlements and local marketing strategies. Additional experience includes roles as Learning Designer at YMCA Perth and Trainer & Assessor at National Corporate Training. Kate began their career as a Police Officer with WA Police from December 2003 to June 2009.
