Prisca Fattori has a diverse range of work experience. Prisca currently works as the Director of Product Operations at IDnow since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at EY, starting as a Digital Marketing Intern at Clarke Hillyer Property Professionals from July 2013 to October 2013. Prisca then joined Peter Brett Associates for their Marketing Graduate Programme from October 2013 to December 2014. After that, they worked as a Crowdfunding and Marketing Freelance Advisor at Tea Venture Limited, providing strategic advice and operational support for crowdfunding and marketing campaigns from April 2017 to August 2018. Prisca then had multiple roles at EY, including Consultant, Senior Consultant, and Manager in the Consulting department. Prisca focused on business transformation, regulatory compliance, risk management, and project management, working with clients in the banking and capital markets sector. Prisca'sresponsibilities included advising clients on regulatory-driven business transformations, governance and regulatory compliance challenges, and managing change management programs. Throughout their work experience, Prisca demonstrated an output-oriented mindset and a strong focus on performance improvement and realized benefits.

Prisca Fattori obtained a Master's Degree in International Business Management MSc from Newcastle University in 2015-2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Public Relations and Corporate Communication from IULM University in 2010-2013. Prisca'seducation journey started with a Diploma in Business management and foreign languages from Istituto tecnico Marco Polo, Verona from 2005 to 2010. Prisca has also acquired various certifications such as Prosci® Certified Change Management Practitioner from Prosci, EY Analytics - Data visualization - Bronze, EY Banking & Capital markets - Bronze, and EY Innovation - Design thinking - Bronze from EY, and Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) and Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) from Scrum.org, among others.
