Josep Tenas is a New Product Introduction Engineer at IDNEO, with professional experience spanning over a decade in various engineering roles. Prior to IDNEO, Josep served as Head of Supplier Quality Lab at COMEXI GROUP, focusing on supplier quality improvements and cost reduction. Experience at HP included responsibilities as Operations Product Engineer, concentrating on the industrialization of mechanical systems for new products. Josep's earlier roles consisted of Mechanical Design Engineer at HCS Control Systems Ltd, where involvement in offshore structure design occurred, and Graduate Mechanical Engineer at Biotec International, contributing to the design of Vertical Axis Wind Turbines. Initial experience included a trainee role at Endesa. Josep holds a Master of Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and an MEng in Industrial Engineering from Budapesti Műszaki és Gazdaságtudomány.
