Ankit Gupta has extensive experience at IDMC LTD, having held the position of Head of the Spares & Service Department and Head of Customer Service since August 2001. Ankit's academic background includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Operations Management from Symbiosis Center for Distance Education (2010-2013), as well as multiple diplomas and degrees in Electrical Engineering, Materials Management, and Business Administration. Ankit completed the School Certificate through the Central Board of Secondary Education and attended Kendriya Vidyalaya for earlier education.
