Thomas has also held leadership positions at Cosmax NBT USA, Longbranch Partners, Interstate Threaded Products, Custom Nutrition Laboratories, Stauber Performance Ingredients, Horizon Laboratories, and IMA Automation North America. Thomas holds a Master of Science in Organizational Behavior Studies from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Arts in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Technology from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
